UnRAID server randomly become totally unresponsive

I've been running UnRAID for about 8 months now. I've constantly had an issue where the server becomes totally unresponsive. Cannot access the Web GUI, cannot SSH into it, plugging in a monitor does nothing, cannot soft shut down in any way shape or form. The fans also get really loud when this occurs. This happens at totally random intervals. It might be 2 weeks. It might be 12 hours. The only course of action I can take is a hard shut down.

General Info:

* Intel 10900 (non-k) / z590

* unraid 6.10.0-rc2 (upgraded from 6.9.2 a few weeks ago b/c of the newer kernel and some fixes for 10th gen. The same issue has affected both versions)

I don't know how helpful the logs are. For some reason logs aren't kept across reboots. Which is f*cking insane.

Current logs are in RAM just like the rest of the OS.

Setup syslog server.

Have you done memtest?

No. I don't know what that is. Is that something I can install from a package manager?
