Exactly what power supply are you using - I would think this is the most likely culprit as a parity check is one time all drives are being used putting maximum load on the system.

I am afraid I have no idea then :(

The symptoms point to it being hardware related but not clear what hardware it could be if not the power supply.

You have too much disk if all power by single PSU.

I will try disconnect 2 disk power ( non array disk ) then add parity to check does power down or not.

OK that i think also is possibly but 1.  Is work couple of monts from now and no any issue.  I got 40 hdd but is devided to 5 lines sata in Power Supply.  I check two PSU 1000w Platinium and 1200 Platinium and all in full load got no more that 750 W . No I check all what possible change controlers memory (no mainboard and cpu) When I lunch unraid start hard load and no issue work stable (same 40 Hdd) When add parity (check 3 hdd all new one) is lunch array and switch off or switch off amoust instant.

Sound good you mark it solve, does end up divide disks power by 2 PSU ?

I stirctly won't power too much disk by single PSU because insufficient power handling on 5v side.

Problem happen after several months should due to max load long time ( especially 7x24 ) and some PSU component reach lifetime then trigger PSU protection.
