Looking for some input on my setup.  I currently have a msi prestige x570 motherboard with 3 pcie 4.0 x16 slots amd 3 pcie x1 slots. x16 slots are currently filled with below. 

 

Pcie x16 #1 -> rtx 3070 (passthrough gaming vm) 

Pcie x16 #2 -> Chelsio 10gb dual port card (passthrough to pfsense vm) 

Pcie x16 #3 -> LSI 9201-16e

 

I want to add quadro t400 to handle plex transcoding. 

 

So my dilemma is... I bought a pcie x1 to x16 adapter.  I was thinking of either moving my 10gb card to that or the Quadro t400.  Which one would have the least performance impact since i wont be able to get full performance from x1 slot?
