I'm seeing a 12V1 and 12V2 rails here which makes this a dual rail and not single rail PSU. Good price, but I've never even heard of Topower. 28A combined is a little low for a 500w PSU.

    Agreed, I wouldn't buy this, at least not for unRAID.  One of the +12V rails is likely dedicated to the motherboard, so that leaves only 14A for drives (that's 5 or 6 green drives or 3 7200 rpm drives...pretty pitiful for a 500W PSU).
