Impossible to log into my server on unraid.net.

I can't log in to my unraid server on unraid.net with correct login data, namely those of the forum. Connection works, but it always shows that the user or password is wrong.

    Server login is always root with the password set for root on the server. Nothing to do with forum credentials.
