Help understanding errors in syslog

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but just in-case. Yesterday I had 3 power cuts, each time they told me it was fixed so I started everything up and the power went out again. This morning I've started the server back up and I'm running a parity check as that was 3 unclean shutdowns. The parity check appears to have already found 1 error after a few minutes.

I was looking through the syslog and I noticed a bunch of errors and I'm not sure what they mean and I don't know whether they relate to my recent problems.

Many thanks.

Oh I see, it's a cheap 2 port sata expansion card because Chia pushed the price of LSI HBAs through the roof. Perhaps I need to buy an HBA now the prices are cheaper.

What are the potential problems with this? As far as I'm aware, those two drives aren't actually part of the array but mounted as unassigned devices.
