Cant connect to server with ethernet but can over wifi on the same laptop

I'm using the DNS rebind and its fine with WIFI but as soon as I plug my laptop into its dock I get a name not resolved error.
Everything else is working through the ethernet and everyone else can still access Plex and such, I even have access on my mobile WIFI or data.

For awhile I was just using WIFI but I wanted those tasty network transfer speeds back!
