Started a VM can't connect to Web Interface

I'm trying to set up a windows vm, had done so, then tried to pass the gpu to it and now I can't connect to the web interface, I get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error.

 

The network shares still work fine, so that aspect is still working, but I can't change settings and don't really want to deal with command line other than some possible steps to repair.
