YsarKain
I recently added a few SSDs to form a cache pool. It was running for about a day, then things started to get real slow and one of the cache drives reported a ton of CRC errors. When I rebooted the unraid server, it dropped the drive from the pool. I replaced the cables and swapped some drives around, and now it sees the drive again, but the cache pool won't mount and filesystem checks say "device 2 missing". Is there a way to recover the data, eject the disk from the pool, and get the others working again? unraid-diagnostics-20220117-1517.zip Quote Link to comment
YsarKain
I was able to recover my appdata and domains folders using Diskinternals Raid Recovery, formatted the two 1TB SSDs and made them a RAID1 pool. I'll look to replace the 4TB that is throwing errors and when it's replaced make them a seperate pool. Quote Link to comment
