amne
Elo! I just finished building my first server last night, and booted up UNRAID (first time) and I'm in awe of the possibilities I now have! Buuuut I'm currently stuck. I'm planning on using a portion of my server to host a bunch of minecraft servers, so I began with downloading the MineOS docker and configured it. That worked like a charm and I could boot it up no problems. When, however, I wanted to create my first test server, on version 1.18 I was unable to do so because of the new requirements that you'll need Java 17 to run 1.18, and not Java 16, that was included in the docker. So I did some of the old googling, to see if I could find help on how to install Java 17, but alas, I came up short with help. So I decided to turn my issues to the support forum here. I've also a general question about open ports on my UNRAID server. The webgui of MineOS uses the port "8443" and I've opened that port on my router to my UNRAID server IP, but I am unable to enter the webgui from my main PC. I know this is not much to go on for you in terms of helping me, but maybe some one have any tips on what I could try to get it to work? Can anyone help me out with these issues? Thanks :) Quote Link to comment
Solution JonathanM Posted January 18, 2022 Solution Share Posted January 18, 2022 Since there are a bazillion containers, each one has it's own support thread where you can research issues that others have had with it, and post if your issue hasn't already been addressed. You can find the support thread by clicking on the container in the GUI, and selecting the support option in the dropdown. Quote Link to comment
