v0va Posted January 19, 2022 Share Posted January 19, 2022 Hello, I have an old HP Elitedesk 705 G4 Mini with the standard M2 SSD 256gb and 1 additional upgraded 2,5 SSD 1TB. This is the mini PC: https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c06101574 The PC is positioned in one of the cells below the TV: https://jysk.bg/dnevna/tv-postavki/tv-postavka-jungen-cvyat-tmen-db One of the other 2 cells is occupied by XBOX series s and its accessories. The space in each cell is 20x45 cm, and I can't position these things anywhere else, so I don't have much space. At the moment I can't upgrade the PC nor I have space for bigger one - maybe after AM5 release in the end of 2022 and after I finish the other 2 rooms. What are my options for expanding the storage? v0va Posted January 19, 2022 Author Share Posted January 19, 2022 (edited) So, I got suggestion on Reddit to connect a compact 2nd hand NAS from ebay directly to the mini PC (Unraid server) with Ethernet cable.
