Loads of Transcode Errors in TDARR

I set up TDARR following Spaceinvader1's video.

So far, I've done 221 encodes - but I have over 400 Transcode Errors!  I've obviously done something wrong - can anybody help me please? I'm a newbie and have very little knowledge of this stuff .

Here's a listing of one of the failed files:

NodeID: GTX1650SUper

Command:

ffmpeg -i /mnt/media/Movies/Opening Night (2016).avi -map 0 -c:v hevc_nvenc -rc:v vbr_hq -cq:v 19 -b:v 495085k -minrate 346559k -maxrate 643610k -bufsize 990171k -spatial_aq:v 1 -rc-lookahead:v 32 -c:a copy -c:s copy -max_muxing_queue_size 9999 /temp/Opening Night (2016)-TdarrCacheFile-7uwWc_Wym.mkv

[mpeg4 @ 0x5563f4be90c0] Video uses a non-standard and wasteful way to store B-frames ('packed B-frames'). Consider using the mpeg4_unpack_bframes bitstream filter without encoding but stream copy to fix it.

[hevc_nvenc @ 0x5563f4bd0680] InitializeEncoder failed: invalid param (8): (no details)

Error initializing output stream 0:0 -- Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height
