My previous build is 2 x nVidia P400. Working just fine without any problem.

 

Primaxy = unRAID GUI / Plex Transcoding

 

Secondary = VM

 

After getting my RTX 3060 Ti, I need to plug into the Primary PCI-E because my secondary PCI-E can not fit the card because it block by the HBA Adapter.

 

1) So I try to bind the RTX 3060 Ti at boot for my VM exclusively but it is not working.

You are trying to pass the audio part of the p400 (28:00.1), I think this is a mistake? You need to pass 27:00.1

Once you pass the correct digital audio, setup the gpu as multifunction, please search this forum, it has been explained a ton of times.

Asus.RTX3060Ti.8192.201120.rom: is this downloaded? Are you sure the file is compatible with your gpu? Did you remove the header from the rom?
