NEXTCLOUD NOT WORKING

Dear Unraid Community 

 

I am very newbie for unraid and I try to install Nextcloud by followed 2 of SpaceivanderOne videos as shown in the two links below:

and I buy a domain from Cloudflare and follow the VDO until Forward port on my Asus router and why I don't have CNAME: WWW and CNAME: _domainconnect  as same as the VDO, Is it need ? 

 

 

when I connect nextcloud.wipzcream.com on url it show nothing 

 

 

What should I do ? 

 

P.S. My public ip is static ip

if i use dynamic.wipzcream.com it work

I'm far from being expert but i think your dns declaration is wrong.

you should use: CNAME Nextcloud dynamix.wipzcream.com

 

you have assigned ip to dynamic.wipzcream.com so cname declarations should match this name for others subdomains.

I have clear cookie on browser it show the same

i guess  you don't have shown all your dns zone declarations.

Investigate with a dns checker for example

From my understanding you should at least have :

A wipzcream.com "your ip"

CNAME nextcloud.wipzcream.com wipzcream.com

 

and others depending on what others servers you may have.

 

edit: i don't know how it works with your registrar but with mine A and CNAME records have to be with the complete subdomain name.

and I connect nextcloud.wipzcream.com and dynamic.wipzcream.com it show "This page isn’t working, ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"  I clear cookie many time and restart my router it not working. I will wait until 24 hour and connect again I will let you know

Dear caplam 

 

right now it work I reinstall cloudflare docker and I delete subdomain in the cloudflare docker and then follower SpaceivanderOne step in the vdo
