USB Drive Prevents SHutdown

I am trying to figure out how to solve this issue.... when a certain usb drive is plugged in, it prevents the UnRaid server from shutting down. The only way I can shut the server down is by unplugging that usb drive then the server shuts down immediately... 

Any ideas where I need to look to prevent this from happening? I want to use this usb drive as a backup drive to rsync files to.

 

Additional notes:

This usb drive is not mounted and has passed preclear.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
