Long story short, when I would try to open the plex web ui, I would get "ip address refused to connect". I ended up starting from scratch. New motherboard,cpu, ram, sas card (in IT mode), and new flash drive with a new key from unraid. I installed 3 different plex dockers and with the same result..."ip address refused to connect".
