Thousands of R&W Errors, Disabled Disk, Can someone check my logs?

Featured Replies

I have just ordered a replacement disk. I really just want to make sure this is just a bad disk and not something worse. Would appreciate if anyone more knowledgeable could check my logs.

Of course it happens during my monthly parity check so I'm just crossing my fingers that my parity is good.

Diagnostics attached.

Looks more like a power/connection problem.

I rebooted into safemode and am doing a full read check and am running xfs check for the disabled disk.

Any other recommendations?

I do have pretty regular power issues (out in the country) but I have a UPS that will usually let me know in my logs if the power failed and I didn't see anything like that.

Edit: Unless by this you meant a power supply issue? I'm not sure how I would diagnose such an issue.

Looks more like a power or SATA cable problem.
