I have tried incognito browsing, signing out, rebooting...no dice.

    When deactivated, the behavior is similar but it appears to be signing in and out.  image.thumb.png.5af230fb9317978402e2ee8b660aaa30.png

    Clicking the top right menu often closes the drop-down menu and appears to re-sign in.
