February 3, 20224 yr Got a ton of drives that are all different sizes, some barely used, etc. All shares set to use All Drives and High Water. Now how to do I get it to redistribute the data?
February 3, 20224 yr Solution It doesn't redistribute the data, and you don't need it to. It will distribute the data as new data is written according to the settings for each share. Highwater is the default allocation method, a good compromise between using all disks eventually, without constantly switching disks just because one disk temporarily has more free than another.
