Problems with netcard speed. 1G card getting 81-91 upload and down loads

A happy longtime Pro user. I never had any major problems. That I could not get working. Well I have now, need help! Server has been running with no problems. We were using windows vm and found very slow downloads. jumped to a linux vm and found the same. only getting 11MB/s Download . If I check with a wired computer and i am getting around 950 MB/s Download.

 

so i installed  more network cards all showing 1000

 

what unraid show:

 

Mode of operation  

eth0       1000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500

eth1        1000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500

eth2       interface down ( Ran out on network plugs)

eth3       1000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500

eth4       interface down ( Ran out on network plugs)

eth5       interface down ( Ran out on network plugs)

 

any thoughts on why this going wrong... any help

did a screen shout in safe mode,  no change

Not really sure.  I'm going to assume that your switch that you're using actually supports bonding etc.  My only suggestion would be to simplify the network as a test and use a single cable instead.
