Windows 10 game VM video out not working

I've been using unraid for quite awhile. Boot up my gaming vm and use moonlight to connect to it. Recently that has stopped working. My 1070 vm will not display video out. I take the card out of my server it works just fine. Doesn't matter if i'm using hdmi or display port out.

No recent unraid upgrades or hardware upgrades. Maybe a windows update killed this out of the blue?
