Stuck in Rebuild with disk failures

Went away for a week and noticed my parity check discovered a couple of read errors while I was gone. The sync froze when the errors were discovered and the Unraid GUI become unresponsive. I powered down the system, and the disk with errors was unmounted when I rebooted the system. I started a rebuild after getting good SMART report back. Now I'm getting disk errors on another disk and my rebuild is stuck at less than 1 mb/sec with an estimated completion time of almost 90 days. I don't want to power down during the rebuild, but I don't want to wait 90 days for a rebuild if it's something else failing. Thanks to anyone who can help.
