All dockers are missing. Unable to acces mapped drives on my windows desktop.

Need some help. All of the dockers are missing. Also the mapped shares are not accessible on windows desktop. This is a friend of mines server. He had stopped his array to change the name of the array and when he started it again the dockers are missing. attached is the diagnostics from his server.

It *appears* that the docker image is completely empty.  Apps - Previous Apps, check off everything you want and hit install.

 

I see that you're currently restoring the appdata.  While it's not a problem to store the docker.img within appdata (usually it's stored within system), it is 100% excluded from the backup set because its just too easy to simply recreate it.

 

Can he hit the mediashare via \\192.168.50.217\Media ?

Do you know why changing his server name would make the docker image to become empty?
