How to import playlist (m3u or other) into Plex Unraid Container

I'm seeking to import playlists from an existing NAS Plex Container into Unraid Plex Container. I have the playlists formatted in *.m3u. I've formatted an HTTP request for Plex Server but do not know what app/container could be used to post this request, and even if I did I would be unsure of how to use it. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
