Cache Drive error BTRFS then restarted now cache drive is missing

Featured Replies

I haven't changed any setting in probably 8 months and the other week I noticed that my plex docker wouldn't run. So I started to investigate and I saw that my log usage was at 100% and my cache drive was 40% utilized on a 256 gb ssd. I also saw an error mentioning something about disk log cache BTRFS device errors.  So I restarted the server hoping this would fix it. Upon restart the cache drive will no longer show up. I am thinking that the cache SSD failed but I am not sure. I have the diagnostic report prior to my restart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Power cycle the serve and/or replace/swap cables on the cache device, if it still doesn't come up after that it's likely dead.
