Jitsi Port Problems

I was wondering if anyone has successfully installed Jitsi recently? I followed @SpaceInvaderOne brilliant youtube tutorial, but I am having UDP 10000 issues. The SSL cert and webmeet are working well, but no audio/video. From the last nmap command, it appears like the UDP 10000 is closed.
