under Fix Common Problems I have the following:

disk4 (WDC_WD60EFRX-68L0BN1_WD-WX22D80FH53R) is disabled

disk4 (WDC_WD60EFRX-68L0BN1_WD-WX22D80FH53R) has read errors

/var/log is getting full (currently 100 % used)

 

Any suggestions or direction on what to do?
