Trying to setup Second Unraid box But Cant get a bootable USB to work at all

This is crazy I got some extra hardware and I wanted to setup a second Unraid box and test setting up a 4 drive server with all 2TB SSD's.

Anyway for the life of me I cant make a working bootable USB drive. and I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong.
