February 23, 20224 yr I'm looking for a case upgrade. I currently have 2xNorco SS-500 in a modified old tower. There is no room for more drives or GPU, and cable management is horrible. I have a FD Define R4 available, but unfortunately i lost the upper 5 bay drive cage long ago. I contacted FD and they no longer have any stock of replacements. I also don't know how to go about modifying the R4 to fit the Norcos. that said I'm looking for a new case that meets one of the following criteria: 1) 10+ HDD via stock mounting 2) Easily modified to accommodate 2xNorco SS-500 hot swap bays AND meets both of the below: 3) Price at $150 USD or less (don't know if this is a pipe dream) 4) Vertical tower style (i.e. not a rack mount) Sent from my Pixel 5 using Tapatalk Edited February 23, 20224 yr by VelcroBP spacing
February 28, 20224 yr The Fractal Design Define 7XL seems to be popular and versatile for mounting a lot of drives. https://www.fractal-design.com/products/cases/define/define-7-xl/black/

Thank you, but that is $100 more than my budget listed above. If money were not an issue I would probably go with it, though, due to it's popularity on here.
