Force at least a partial flash backup to be initiated before a new config can be executed.

I would like to see the new config page have the addition of a flash backup link, where the apply button for the new config wouldn't be activated until at least a drive list and super.dat file was downloaded to the browser.

 

A full flash backup would be ideal, but just the super.dat file would be helpful.
