Factory Reset of Unraid Server

Hi everyone,

I`m new to Unraid and set up my server as suggested by Spaceinvader one. It worked well. But as I moved the System folder to an NVME some Docker container stopped working entirely. It is MariaDB and Nextcloud. I cannot get Nextcloud to work anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled all containers. Deleted the appdata via command line. Restarted the server. Deleted the docker image. Nothing worked. I cannot get a fresh install of these containers.

Then I backed up all the data I have and tried to reset the entire server. I found that option under tools. But it does not affect plugins or docker.

Is there a way the "factory reset" the server? I`m happy with losing all data. I just don`t want to lose my paid licence or change the usb drive.

Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your quick reply.

Firstly I formated my cache drives. Then I shut the server down and backed up the USB-drive. Pluged into my PC I deleted the content of the config folder. I only left the KEY file in there.

Then I put it back in the server. The boot runs through, I can see the assigend IP-Adress on the screen. But going to the IP adress I cannot connect to the server. What could went wrong? When I load all the files back on the USB drive the server starts. But I still have the issues with Nextcloud and MariaDB.
