May 1, 201115 yr I just did a Parity Check on my server, and the results are 2 Parity Errors. The array started automaticly after the check and evrything seems fine. The log shows: May 1 12:06:16 server kernel: md: parity incorrect: 1953522984 (Errors) May 1 14:29:10 server kernel: md: parity incorrect: 2930274984 (Errors) My question is shuld I be worried? Would Unraid have fixed the errors, or do I need to do something to fix this?
May 2, 201115 yr I had the same problem last month. Ended up being I had manually copied the same movie to two disks opposed to copying it to the share. So when the parity was ran it went a little bonkers it appeared. Of course to this date I'm not 100% sure that was the cause, but I deleted the Duplicate and re-ran parity and everything went fine.
