February 27, 20224 yr I use UnRaid for my syslog server and one for my NAS for my network. It would be nice to have a log viewer, like the enhanced log viewer addon to view the logs that are generated by the other devices on the network without installing another apps(s) just to view the logs (I don't have this done, just collecting the logs). This would be a nice one stop shop for a syslog server and an easy setup. I hope this can be easily accomplished since it makes for a quick easy setup. Thanks!
March 1, 20224 yr When you use Unraid as a syslog server, it will keep a separate log file for each different device (= IP address) it detects. Under Tools > Syslog server the individual logs can be viewed.

I do not see Syslog Server as an option in the Tools menu Do you know where the logs are actually stored? somewhere in /var/log I assume. Usually there would be a directory named the IP of the log source in there, but I cannot find anything.
