Read errors on two disks

I have reoccurring read errors on two disks, this question seems kind of rhetorical but do I need to replace them?

I guess the better question would be is there anything that can be done to avoid repair them?

 

Thanks for any suggestions

    Both are logged as disk issues and both disks have non zero number elements in grown defect list, which is never a good sign with SAS disks, you can run SMART long tests to confirm.
