Can you explain more about what you mean by this? i.e. what do I need to do to reproduce this?

Also please upload your diagnostics (from Tools -> Diagnostics)

My only suggestion for the Port Forward would be to get rid of IPV6 items since our DDNS currently only supports IPV4. Doesn't seem like that would cause an issue, but wouldn't hurt to try it.

I found that my router on Open-WRT or my ISP (they said it's allowed) won't let me open any port forwarding, so I'm stuck
"Allow Remote Access:" turning off by itself after a couple off minutes is fixed now

My IPV6 is always disabled haha

Remote Access will be disabled if you sign out, and there is a warning shown when you do this. It can also be disabled during a plugin update if the update detects issues, but that should be rare. There shouldn't be anything that causes it to "turn off by itself after a couple of minutes", so if you are able to reproduce that please let me know how :)

I would agree that either your ISP or your router is the issue. The screenshots and the output from UpdateDNS.php show that the system is configured and we can see that DDNS is working properly too. If there are issues at this point it is usually a problem with the port forward, or people realize they have a second router in the mix that they forgot about.

Hey All!

I wanted to add on to this thread, I had remote access working perfectly fine for 3 months now. Recently today I updated MyServers and Unraid OS 6.10.0-rc3.

I am unable to connect via remote access anymore, browser gives me error 404 when navigating to the same link I used. On MyServers Page it has a green lock for remote access, clicking it brings to a DNS error. On Management settings SSL is provisioned to the same as it was before, remote access is ON and clicking check says its reachable from the internet. I've tried deleting SSL cert and re-provisioning. MyServers Version 2022.03.01.2301 running.

Downgrading back to 6.10.0-rc2 restores full functionality!

Hope this helps with diagnostic!

strange. Your rc3 diagnostics zip file would help (from Tools - Diagnostics, while booted in rc3)
