Im trying to create a backup because my current USB drive is failing after over a decade...who would have thought...I went to the main page then clicked on the flash drive and downloaded a backup zip file. Then I downloaded the Unraid USB creator tool. On one computer it would never complete the process. On another computer it instanly finishes it but the only folder there and its empty is "syslinux" any help please? I dont think a log is necessary but let me know if needed. Thanks

The only really important part of the backup is the config folder and it’s contents as that contains all your settings.  If you have that then you can go through the normal process of creating a new USB (using the manual method if the USB Creator does not work) and then replace the config folder with the one from the backup.
