我在命令行中设置了多个用户，文件配置是ETC目录下的PASSWD 和shadow 但是这些配置重启后会丢失。

并且我开启了多用户的SSH访问，但是重启之后，passwd文件会被重置。请问如何持久化这些配置?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
