May 3, 201115 yr I assume you mean installing a DLNA server application? (as opposed to a control point or renderer) I have TwonkyMedia Server installed, as do some other users. It works pretty well.

May 4, 201115 yr Author I am interested in configuring a system that will work with JRiver Media Center. My objective is to be able to display music or movies on the TV screen and select them to play. For music it would be nice to be able to look up artist info on the internet or display the lyrics to a given song. I do not do any gaming. I really like what I see with unRaid and I have looked at and tested all kinds of media software and I haven't been able to find a better software package than JRiver Media Center. I really want to stick with it. Tunetyme
May 9, 201115 yr You could try Mediatomb as well. The devs are working on a feature that allows transcode profiles per device or MAC adresses.
