Good Morning!!

I hope this finds you all well!!

im having a hell of a tie getting unraid to boot properly! I'm using a static IP, UEFI boot, pointing to my router gateway. It seens to boot normally, but i cant access it from my windows rig, and my router doesnt see it. ive even tried the nuclear option and reinstalled windows on my personal rig, factory reset the router, and even installed windows on the unraid server. With windows installed on the server it works perfectly, the router sees it, etc. I tried to use the DHCP settings in the unraid setup. It worked and I was able to get in from my rig. I noticed that when I tried to install my license, I got ERROR (4). Im at a loss as to what to do!!.....im not sure what diagnostic to post.. I need some guidance as to what to do. Im new to unraid and im rapidly getting in over my head!! Any hel would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance

chris

Do you have a keyboard and monitor attached to the server?  If so, type 'diagnostics' at the command line and post the resulting .zip file.
