That looks like a flash drive problem, try redoing it.

If I format my USB drive  and install unraid from an old backup will I lose my license key. Because the most updated backup are stored in my VM inside the unraid server drive. How do I get my back up from the drive?

PLEASE how do I get my USB drive back up file from my server? i have an old backup, i was able to boot from the old backup but its missing drives.

i need to find a way to get the last back up before I installed CR3

You can access array drives outside the array, that's kind of the point of the whole unRAID setup. Connect directly to each drive from any linux box until you find the drive that has the most recent backup.
