Error (4) after trying to use manaul key license process

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I just purchased my license key as I do not have access to the internet for a traditional install. I follow the step and get a key file URL, I paste that in the Key file URL part of the web GUI for my unraid machine, but it doesnt seem to work.

I saw online, someone had a similar Error (4) issue and they were told to paste the key file URL to the config file Basic.Key file. I tried that too, but no luck. I have attached the diagnostic. Any advice?

Thank you!

The URL will not work from the GUI if you have no internet access from your server.

have you tried simply using the URL from a browser to download the key file and then copying the key file into the ‘config’ folder on the flash drive?
