SSD only config?

Hello, ive thought about making an unraid config consisting only of ssd drive (also the parity) but than i saw a mod saying that ssd as parity is a bad idea is this still correct? 

Would it make any sense to use an hdd as parity and ssd´s for the normal array? As far as i understood unraid read/write performance is only as fast as the slowest drive in the array wouldnt the ssd´s get slowed down by the hdd in the parity?

Why im exclusivly asking for ssd is becaus i got 5x 2tb ssd through a nice deal and want to give them a good use :P.
