in the configuration of dockers doesn't appear the interface bri0.10

In Settings-->Network have you enabled the VLAN?

In Settings-->Docker have you defined the network (in my system the VLAN is br0.3)?

I prefer to manually assign IP addresses on the VLAN to my docker containers so I am not using a DHCP pool.

As Hoopster reply, you need config the IP_subnet and gateway in corresponding VLAN interface when you start docker service, then you will able to assign to docker.

I have tried it both ways, multiple times, and sometimes at the same time. I've created multiple vlans at once with different settings in each, and no matter what, they are not showing up in network select for the containers.
