March 31, 20224 yr Guys, need some guidance. Building a unRaid server (Epyc, Supermicro MBD-H12SSL-NT-O, 12-16 Seagate Ironwolf Pro 18TB, x2 SSDs x2 TB). I was looking at the LSI Broadcom SAS 9305-24i to connect all my drives. I want something rock solid, one card, that has ability for expansion, but just will work and does not bottle neck the performance in any way. The issue: the 9305-24i is not in stock here. Is there a good alternative (better is fine, more expensive is fine) Overkill is preferable ;). New not used please... and optimally works in unRaid... Please advise.
