Photoprism Error - "not writable"

Featured Replies

hello, my photoprism docker has an error that says "Storage folder "/photoprism/storage" is not writable". Using ls -lah in the terminal shows all folders as drwxrwxr-x. How do I safely change that if Docker Safe New Perms says that my photos share will not be touched?

What access have you set for that folder in the containers volume mapping?

I might be wrong but I guess these are the array path variables...? I don't use the Photo Import Folder variable.

Dir path: /mnt/cache/appdata/photoprism

Storage Path: /mnt/user/photos

Yes, but what access rights on that mapping.

If you mean the share's SMB User Access:

appdata : no access

photos: read/write

I'm really sorry I keep getting it wrong.
