VM SLOW. vCPU assign

i have an dl380p gen8 with two 2667 v2.

when i assign to te vm only te real cores. it will be fast like this:

but when i assign the core+ht it will be "slower"

idk why. even when i set all only ht cores. it will be fast as the "real" cores.
