Often lags in Gaming Windows 10 VM

Hello,

 

I have running a windows gaming VM machine. Core i5 10400, 3060ti passthrough, 16GB Ram

 

But i got very often lags and uneven gameflow during gaming with this VM. Benchmarks are quite good but game smoothness not.

I did CPU pinning, isoltated core for unraid and anstalled Tips and  Tweas Plugin, set Governor to Perfermonce but it helped only a bit. Jerky gameplay still present - it just not so smooth as on a dedicated real windows machine.

 

Please can you give me any hints how to solve this issue?
