UnRaid only available in browser in Safe Mode

Literally all I did was, after shutdown, unplug my internet, router, and tower to plug into a UPS. And now I cannot connect to the tower unless I boot it in safe mode with the screen and everything. I can then access the GUI from my laptop. However, when I double checked the network settings, everything looks good. The tower is at 192.168.68.99 like it has always been, I've switch the static assignment to the router level to reserve the IP, instead of in the UnRaid settings.

I have a diagnostic file attached, hoping someone can shed some light on my issue!

Thanks in advance.
