I see an error message related to SSL certificates in your syslog:

Apr  9 14:00:19 Tower root: Starting Nginx server daemon...
Apr  9 14:00:19 Tower root: nginx: [emerg] cannot load certificate "/etc/ssl/certs/unraid_bundle.pem": PEM_read_bio_X509() failed (SSL: error:0908F066:PEM routines:get_header_and_data:bad end line)

Does the webgui load? I guess you are accessing it via one of these http urls?
  http://tower.local
  http://192.168.1.160

If you want to fix the SSL issue I would open a web terminal and type:
  rm /boot/config/ssl/certs/*
Then reboot.

When it comes back up you will initially access it via one of the urls above, but there will be no more error messages in the logs. Then if you want you can go to Settings -> Management Access and set "Use SSL/TLS" to yes so you can access it via this https url:
  https://tower.local

Optionally, you can provision a cert and set "Use SSL/TLS" to Auto. This will give you a legit unraid.net certificate at https://yourpersonalhash.unraid.net

I absolutely brain dead when it comes to this stuff. Is there any thing I can do to better my self.
