Replacement Heatsink with Fan for the Intel S2600C0 motherboard

I am running a server with the intel S2600C0 motherboard.  Along with two Xeon E5 2660 cpu's.  I am looking for the heatsink and fan that go to that motherboard or the replacement for the original heatsink and fan now that is no longer being produced.  Does anyone know any where that I can get what I am looking for ?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.    You can email me the links at [email protected]
